Home Intranet Using Joomla and Win7

Hi guys, look basically im posting this here because im sick of looking threw Google.

I'm trying to make a home intranet. I'm using Joomla as my web design and Uni Server as my virtual Apache server. i need help and i have no idea where to go from here, any suggestions? i need to use Joomla, but the uniserver can go. along as i can make this work i'm not caring how its done
