Since upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium on my Dell Studio 1537, thin horizontal lines are appearing frequently on all windows title bars, making them illegible. This only occurs after activating the system from either standby or hibernating state. Rebooting the system fixes the problem. The graphics driver is current but the problem occurred with the driver that came with the system. The problem did not occur with Windows Vista, which came installed on the system. The system passes the Dell Diagnostic graphics/monitor test. Changing the screen resolution does not help.
