how can i change the mouse pointer icons?
i downloaded this ninja cursor and when i go to mouse properties - pointers - browse and picking the ani file it won't appear how come?

Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers

If it won't accept it, perhaps the file is corrupt...
If you notice all the XP "3D White" etc. cursors are gone.
So, I'm thinking they did something strange.

Well that sucks... Can't you bypass the security for a few seconds? Honest... it's just cursors.

no i can't
i can't even kill the damn process
i type taskkill /f /im egui.exe and it just won't killed
only in win7 i have this problem
it seems like It's not possible to kill the kernel process for security reasons.
can u give me the original url u got this cursors from?

LOL... that would be one of the machines on my lan. I just zipped them up from XP's Cursors folder.

Hmmmm... know anyone who could download it and put it on a flash drive for you?

Probably just ONE more good reason to keep XP handy!

And maybe even a replacement for nod32? Eh?

My extensive, custom, HOSTs file blocks many web sites and addresses, but the "Hosts Manager" program lets me shut off the hosts file so I can go to any web site, anywhere, with NO problems, or download anything I want.

Just a thought!

OT

cool im trying now this blocklist manager thanks
but what if the ISP is blocking websites and not the nod32?

That's not an ISP's function!
It's pretty well up to you and your computer, what web sites you choose to visit.

U can download Stardock Corporation's ''CursorFX'' from their Website. It is free & has some beautiful icons.
