Windows 7 How do I delete Win32/Zbot?

i know what the trojan is but i cant find a way to delete it.. microsoft security essentials picked it up and everytime i try to install google chrome, it stops because it alerts me about zbot. i remove it but then it still alerts me about it when i try to install google chrome. i tryed downloading avast antivirus and did a boot scan which picked up some files to delete but not zbot im out of ideas and formatting or system resetting is out of the question.. what can i do?

It's a false positive - MSE has wrongly identified Chrome as a virus. Google is working on an update.

I have MSE and Google Chrome both in Win 7 and Win 8 DP, both updated and co-existing together with no problems.
