Windows 7 How do I locate and remove all duplicate transferred files

I have duplicate Transferred files from another computer, along with duplicate data from my WM6.5 phone and duplicate photos from my camera my hard drive.
I am running Windows 7, and looking for a way to compile, sort out the many duplicate files I have created over time, by making numerous backups. I want to delete all the duplicate files.
I have multiple Vista computer files, multiple WM6.5 phone files and multiple camera photos.

Have you tried using the search feature and just deleting the extra copies?
