Windows 8 How i can install After Dark 4.0 on windows 8.1

i have windows 8.1 laptop and i have after dark floppy for old windows so i putted in usb floppy and darged all files that i had on floppy and i opened setup but it cant support due to compality so i tried 95 combality same is there a way to fix it?
 
Solution
I'd useLink Removed to make a V-xp and play it there... you could also use hyper-v if your system is 8.1 pro but the graphics may become an issue.
