Changing the video system memory allocation on older systems like the HP Mini 110-4112TU can be quite challenging, especially if the BIOS doesn't provide an option to adjust it. Here are some steps you can take to potentially adjust the video system memory on your netbook:

1. BIOS Update:

  • Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your HP Mini 110-4112TU. Sometimes, BIOS updates can introduce new features or options that were not present in the original BIOS version.

    2. Graphics Driver Settings:

    2. Graphics Driver Settings:

  • Check your Intel Graphics driver settings. You may be able to allocate more memory to the graphics from within the driver settings. Here's how:
    • Right-click on the desktop and select "Graphics Properties" or a similar option.
    • Look for settings related to video memory allocation or memory usage and see if you can increase the allocation.

      3. Third-Party Tools:

[]There are some third-party tools that claim to modify the allocated video memory on some systems. However, these tools can be risky and may not work for all systems. One of them is "BIOS modification tools" like "Clevo Service".

    4. Contact HP Support:

    [
]Reach out to HP Support for guidance. They may have specific instructions or tools to help you adjust the video system memory on your netbook.

    5. Hardware Limitations:

  • Keep in mind that some systems have video memory allocations hardcoded into the hardware and cannot be adjusted. Before attempting any changes, ensure to back up your data and proceed cautiously, especially when dealing with BIOS settings or third-party tools. Always be prepared for the possibility that your specific system may not support changing the video memory allocation.
