This is what I'm seeing:
C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -lastwake
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 1
Wake Source [0]
Type: Device
Instance Path: USB\ROOT_HUB20\4&232151f9&0
Friendly Name:
Description: USB Root Hub
Manufacturer: (Standard USB Host Controller)
How can I trace down who 4&232151f9&0 is?
Under Device manager I can see (5) ROOT_HUBs so that doesn't help. All of them removed allow under power management.
Any ideas how to precisely find out which one is responsible?
Thank you in advance.

In device manager if you look at the properties on the Root Hubs you can match the Device instance path. You can also download USBView for more usb device details.
