Give me a solution for this error.

Solution
You have to give the full administrative permissions because it is denied to access Windows Programs.

  1. Press Windows key + R and type C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData in the Windows Run and click OK. Enter the drive the Windows is installed in place of C: and a username.
  2. Right-click on App Data and open the Properties.
  3. In the next window, reach the security tab and click Edit.
  4. Click on Add.
  5. Type Everyone, select Check Names, and hit OK.
  6. Click on Everyone and enable Full Control under Permissions for everyone. Then click OK.

At last reset the system. Get more guidance of Windows issues from here.

Thank you!

If the data is important I would not add 'Everyone' this means literally anyone authenticated or not can access the data. I would replace 'Everyone' with your username
