I'm running windows 7 english version, added Hebrew keyboard, system locale (dates, money etc.) set to Israel/Hebrew.
I wish to force any installed program to be installed in english only. For example, My soundMax audio drivers installed in hebrew, the menu looks bizzare, hebrew mixed with english, not loking good.
Now, any freeware I try to install opens an hebrew interface, not all of them offer to be installed in english.
I'm used to english only software, what can I do to let programs think they need to be installed in english, but keep my second hebrew keyboard for typing or reading hebrew stuff.
Changing current location from Israel to US does the trick but it's not a solution.
Any suggestions please ?
