Windows 7 how to install this driver

hello there guys,i'm currently updating my laptop driver and im confuse what to do

the problem is im downloading the latest driver for my atheros ar928X..after downloading the file its self extracting to my document after that i run the setup,but my driver date still not change,how should i install this new driver??should i uninstall the old driver first??

Extract to a folder.

Open device manager. Right click on the Atheros. Choose Update Driver Software. Browse my computer....Let me pick...Have disk....Browse...

Now go to the folder you extracted to. Double click on the .inf file inside. Hit ok then hit next and it will install.

okay one problem cleared,but im still cant update my broadcom netlink because i dont know what type of my chipset that compatible with the driver

Type msinfo32 in the start menu then press enter. File | save on the opened screen. Zip the saved file then attach the zip here. I'll hook ya up again.
