How can you modify Vista's GUI to be able to rotate frames/windows 360-degrees?

Hi!! I'm not EXACTLY SURE what you want to rotate so I'll take a shot in the dark. I think you'll need some software. If you want something for free, there's the "TIF Image Builder 1.0 Vista"Link Removed - Invalid URL There is a program called "Flashturning 3D Rotate 1.0", which might be useful...that's not free.
