Windows 10 How to Perform a Clean Install on Dell Inspiron 3543 Using USB in UEFI Mode

Need a little help. I Have a usb created via Rufus that I now want to use to do a fresh install on my Del Inspirion 3543. As far as I can understand I need to set the boot priority to that of USB. BUT for UEFI mode there is no usb option. Only Legacy has this option. So what now? How to I do this fresh install from this usb??
Please if anyone can advise I would be most grateful.

If your system is set to boot UEFI then you'll want to make sure you setup the USB via rufus as a UEFI/GPT partition otherwise it won't be detected as a bootable device with UEFI enabled on your system.

My usb was created via rufus with UEFI/GPT. These were my settings:
An image from 'Clean Install'. USB drive setup screen for creating a bootable Windows 10 installation media.

But as I said in UEFI mode, choosing boot priority there is no usb option for me to set to?

Did you have tried to press F12 key on booting and see if you can choose USB?
