Windows 7 How to restore backup data ??????

Hi every one,

I urgently need some help please if possible. A week back I did a full back up of my C: drive where I had my windows 7 home premium installed.

I installed a fresh install windows 7 pro. Now I need a very important file which was in the Desktop in windows home premium.
Is it possible to restore that file from my previous windows backup?

You should be able to examine the backup file using winzip.

How can I do that?

I did backup using windows 7 Back up and restore. However i don't get an option to restore in windows 7 pro

Run winzip and use it to open the backup file.
