I would like to schedule a task to run whenever shutting down. I see a trigger called, 'On local disconnect from any user session', but so far a task based on this trigger has not executed on shutwon. I want the task to dismount a network drive. I have been told that data on the drive may become corrupted if I forget to dismount prior to shutdown, therefore, I want to make it automatic. Help much appreciated.

Have you tried using the Task scheduler found in Admin tools via the control panel?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have but I have found no trigger that works on shutdown.

Sorry that didn't help, have you tried 'Googling' for an answer? Often it's knowing the correct 'keyword' to use in order to find the solution (if there is one)..
Unless another forum member has any suggestions????
