Anyone know of a program that can log when a particular process starts, finishes, what parameters are passed, cpu usage, etc. Process Explorer gives me that info but I have to be watching it to see the process in question.

I have a rundll process that runs sometime in the morning that is using a lot of cpu (i can see this from my nav performance, so i know it's rundll, just don't have enough info on what's executing it).

Thanks!

Thanks Kemical. Process monitor works. Actually too much information, although it is there. And a bit difficult to correlate back to cpu spike. Problem I'm having with Process Monitor right now is that it continues to chew up memory until it's gone which doesn't take long. Trying to figure out how to get it to log directly to file. Also would be nice to just capture what you want to filter. Looks like it gets everything and then filters the view.
