Windows 7 I accidentally deleted my administrative tools

When I first installed win7 I was setting up my start menu how I want it and without thinking, I deleted all my administrative tools from my entire computer. They are totally gone from my control panel and everything.

I hope they might be in a windows folder somewhere and the tools in theadministrative tools folder were just shortcuts. If not, is there somewhere I can download them from, because I dont want to use my windows7 disc to get them back.
