Hi,
although the dump file say's memory corruption it's most likely a driver.

When you tried to update the gpu driver did you use the app to remove old traces first? NSIS error can be down to a number of things try the check list in this web page and make sure your all good:

Hi Shawn,
please download this app, which you'll need to burn to disk. This will test your RAM.:
http://www.memtest.org/
Also do you have the actual windows install disk? If so, change your boot order so you can boot off the install disk but when you get to the install windows screen choose repair instead.
Please run this scan. Look in the start menu for command prompt. Right click on it, choose properties and then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Okay so after I rebooted I didn't have quite enough time to read what it said. I did catch the final line of text. "The volume is clean"
Guessing that's a good thing? Anyways, I'm seriously thinking about buying a new PC. I've been having these blue screens ever since I got this computer. Thanks again for the help. Anything I can try to do just tell me.

Hi,
it's looking more and more like it could be your RAM. The above dump file is bugcheck 1A memory corruption and win32k.sys can often pop up if a hardware failure is occurring.
Download and run this app to test your memory:
