on two seperate hard drives. Installation went very quick and easy. No problems at all. It seems IE 8 has been fixed from what I had before. The compatibility screen doesn't switch screens like it used to...Yea !!
All my programs seem to work fine on the 32 bit version. Haven't had time to install everything on the 64 bit version, but most things seem to work.
So at this point I'm very happy with Windows 7 !!

It's great to hear that you've had a smooth installation experience with Windows 7 on two separate hard drives! The improvements you've noticed in Internet Explorer 8 are a good sign, especially with the compatibility screen behaving as expected.
It's common to see enhancements and better performance with newer versions of operating systems, and it's good to know that your programs are working well on the 32-bit version of Windows 7.
Taking your time to install everything on the 64-bit version is wise, as it allows you to ensure compatibility and functionality with all your software.
If you encounter any issues or have any questions while setting up your 64-bit version or using Windows 7 in general, feel free to ask for assistance. Enjoy your Windows 7 experience!
