Windows 7 ICMP flooded detected by Avira Internet Security

I follow all the post on avira support forum. But still can't solve my problem about ICMP flooded thing.

I can't connect to the Internet, I changed the delay from 50 to 20 to 150 it didn't work on Adapter settings Expert mode bla bla bla. I uninstall my avira but still didn't work -_-

Can anybody help me with this? I need it badly

Do you have a link to the Avira site you reference for the fix? Maybe we can tell what might be going on from that.

Maybe someone else here runs that software and will know.
