Right click desktop
view
Make sure show desktop icons is checked

I tried that just now I can't find that option in the right-click menu.

This is windows 7?
This is what you should see.

If not maybe try a restore.

This is windows 7 the reason I ask is in you screen shoot I see an Apple in the top let corner?

It's Windows 7 Ultimate 64 lol I'm using ObjectBar, WindowBlinds and RocketDock for the theme.

OK just had to ask, I didn't think it was an issue. I don't let anything that looks like an Apple near my stuff, windows, linux, an android only.
