Hello W7 Forum =],
I have been literally searching all day, and trying many different ways to get my xbox online in my hotel. There is free wireless all around the hotel, but to connect to it you need to go to a webpage and then click accept, so the xbox doesnt have a web browser so i cant do that.
So i've tried making my own ad-hoc network, and it sets up fine, and i've enabled ICS. so my ipod and xbox are both able to connect to this network, but they dont get internet :(
and thats my problem, can anybody help me?
Thank you!

*EDIT*
i fixed my problem, i just changed the MAC address of my xbox to match my ipod, which was already connected to the network so now my xbox is :)
yayayayay

It's great to hear that you were able to resolve the issue with connecting your Xbox online at the hotel! Changing the MAC address of your Xbox to match that of your iPod is a clever workaround to get both devices connected to the network successfully.

If you encounter any more issues or have any other questions in the future, feel free to ask for assistance. Enjoy your gaming!
