Windows XP If I buy a external usb floppy drive will then the Windows XP sata drivers work?

I'm not really sure I understand the question here, but I am using an external USB 3.5" floppy drive with Windows XP with no complications whatsoever. It was a completely plug and play installation. Plug the drive in, boot the computer and there is "A" drive ready to use.
