Hello. I want to install windows 7 on my netbook because I somehow lost its OS (which was windows 7) it now currently has no OS. I got the installation disc and copied the content into a 4GB USB stick. I don't know if just coping the files will make it bootable. I want to install windows from this USB stick, what next?

Yep....that will never work. You can't just copy the disc to USB drive....it wont work. You will need an ISO of windows 7 and then use a USB bootable creation software to install the OS.
Your netbook doesn't have a disc drive? If not the best way to install it from a disc is to get a portable CD/DVD drive. You can get one for next to nothing.

If you have the ISO I think you can make a bootable USB stick with Rufus http://rufus.akeo.ie/
