Windows 7 installation problem

HELLO,
My name is fakhar,
i have window 7and i mostly used internet.
i have a Netgear WG311v3 PCI-Adapter which work properly in window vista and in xp but when i use win 7 and install Netgear WG311v3 driver but it isn't working in Windows 7.
so what i do , i m very worry about it.
plz help me.

Is the version of firmware WG311v3 Software Version 3.1
