Ok i have had this problem since last November when i was still on Windows 7 i would randomly get BSODS at first it was large downloads and torrenting got corrupted but than it was just BSODs here and there. There doesn't seem to be a common theme in it sometimes i'm watching youtube others just reading a article or maybe playing a game the only constant time i get it is when i'm torrenting and i have to restart the pc and when it has to recheck the file before it continues. Also whenever the computer tries to do a automatic repair before Windows starts it Blue screens. Those are the only two times its constant everything else its random.

*Things i have done*
I have reinstalled the OS multiple times on 7 and now on 8
I have ran Memtest for 48 hours straight on all my sticks and did each stick individually in each slot for 7 passes *No Errors*
I have updated all my drivers to current ones
i have replaced the original HDD that was in it
i have replaced the connectors in the pc and put new thermal on my CPU

Solution
Ok here is what happened when i did the Driver Verifier whenever i restarted to activate it it connected to my Wi-Fi but said it was only Limited and i could not access the Web or anything after i disabled Driver verifier it worked again so i wasn't able to do anything i knew would trigger a BSOD but i did play a game and got a few Minidumps for you to look at

I think I have found the problem and fixed it I found a old pc that had the same cpu socket and I put that into my pc and note I haven't had a BSOD all night I watched videos torrented things everything that caused one can't test games since it's a slow cpu but I will let it run another day and report back
