Hello!
It happens randomly every time when processor uses approximately 50-100% of its self-power.
I already have read info about disabling all sound effects, but it has no effect for me

To partially reduce that effect I set 'low priority' to all process that consumes more that 10%..
Also I have no problems with sound, when I play it on WinXP.
System:
CPU: AMD AthlonXP 1.8Ghz 2500+
RAM: 1GB SDRAM
Sound: Integrated audio Realtek AC'97 (v6.0.1.6305 latest realtek driver)
OS: Windows 7: Ultimate 32-bit (build 7600)

Any solutions?

Solution
It seems like you are experiencing high CPU usage, possibly due to sound-related processes on your Windows 7 system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue: 1. Update Drivers: - You mentioned that you have the latest Realtek audio driver installed. Try checking for any other driver updates for your motherboard, especially chipset drivers. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause high CPU usage. 2. Check Task Manager: - Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and go to the Processes tab to identify which processes are causing high CPU usage. This can help pinpoint the specific application or process that is consuming resources. 3. Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs: - Some programs launch...

Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs: - Some programs launch at startup and run in the background, consuming CPU resources. Disable unnecessary startup programs using the System Configuration utility: - Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter. - Go to the Startup tab and uncheck any programs you don't need to start with Windows. 4. Scan for Malware: - Malware can also cause high CPU usage. Run a full system scan using your antivirus software to check for any malicious programs. 5. Windows Update: - Ensure that your Windows 7 system is fully up-to-date with the latest updates from Microsoft. Sometimes, critical updates can address performance issues. 6. Check for Background Processes: - Disable or uninstall any unnecessary background processes or applications that you don't use frequently. This can help free up system resources. 7. Compatibility Mode: - If you are running older programs on Windows 7, try running them in compatibility mode. Right-click on the program's executable, go to Properties, and set the compatibility mode to an older version of Windows. 8. Resource Monitor: - Use the Resource Monitor in Windows to get a more detailed overview of how your system resources are being utilized. It can help identify which processes are using the most CPU. By following these steps, you should be able to narrow down the cause of the high CPU usage on your Windows 7 system and find a suitable solution. If the issue persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.
