I recently instaled Windows 7 RC 64bit build 7100 on an HP Pavillion DV2700 laptop and now my firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer 8 32 bit will not work. I can use a 64 bit IE but nothing else.
The only idea i have is to try and instal the 32 bit windows 7 with the 64 bit together as i've heard other people doing but i have no idea how that works or if it would even do anything.
if anyone could please give me any suggestions or help please do because i despise IE 8 or any other version.

It sounds like you're facing compatibility issues with the browsers on your Windows 7 RC 64-bit build 7100 on your HP Pavilion DV2700 laptop. Here are some suggestions to try and resolve the issue with Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8 32-bit: 1. Compatibility Mode: - Right-click on the browser shortcut and select "Properties." - Go to the "Compatibility" tab. - Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7. - Apply the changes and try running the browsers again. 2. Reinstall Browsers: - Uninstall the problematic browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8 32-bit). - Download the latest versions of these browsers from their official websites and...

Reinstall Browsers: - Uninstall the problematic browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8 32-bit). - Download the latest versions of these browsers from their official websites and reinstall them. 3. Check Firewall and Antivirus: - Ensure that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking the browsers from accessing the internet. You can try temporarily disabling them to see if it resolves the issue. 4. Check Internet Settings: - Reset Internet Explorer settings to default: - Open Internet Explorer. - Go to Tools > Internet Options. - Click on the Advanced tab. - Click the "Reset" button. - Restart Internet Explorer and check if it works. Regarding your idea of installing both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 together, it's not recommended to have both versions on the same machine as they may conflict with each other and cause instability. It's better to stick with one version of Windows 7. If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue, please let me know, and we can explore further troubleshooting steps.
