Windows 7 Is It Legal to Download and Trial Windows RTM Before Buying a Key?

Just a quick question about RTM.

Is it legal to download the RTM (dont know where from yet), install it and run it for the 30 day trial period, then buy a key when it comes out on 22nd of the month.

I am not sure thats why i am asking.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, ie. that it would be a grey area so i guess i will leave it until the 22nd, but i just thought i would ask.

More money to spend, the wife will love it.

I Think it is, Just install the RTM copy and buy just the license on october 22!, If you want to download the RTM version legally, the only way is through MSDN and Technet
