Windows 7 Is it Normal for conhost.exe and sc.exe to Run at Boot on Windows 7?

Is it normal for a windows to run this two files at/after boot (always delayed) for time to time and at specific time always 1:00 AM (conhost) or is some kinda virus ?? I'm using win 7 ultimate x64

Conhost is not a virus is an interface between legacy console applications and the operating system. Cmd.exe is an example of a console application.

SC.exe is an utility for controlling services on the system.
