Windows 7 Is There A Trick To Manage +30 Windows Of An Application?

I need to use this program for my programing class, each window search a different task.

My problem is, it is very difficult to switch between those opened windows because they all look the same.

When I go down the list, there is no animation show the list move because every window's name is exactly the same

Please look at the bottom picture.

Is there another trick to open like +30 of the same application all at time rather than double click one by one?
