Is there a program for controlling a computer from a phone so that at the same time I can provide access to only one open window so that only this window is visible on the phone?

I need this to connect a friend, run the same game twice, so that we play together using my pc

No there isn't a phone made that could handle the cycles but you can connect the phone as a kind of slave desktop screen
