Windows 10 ISO after Jul 29th

I have a burned Win10 ISO that was installed. After July 29 will I be able to do another clean install with the ISO and have it activated??

As long as you first upgraded to Windows 10 then yes it should work fine. When performing the clean install on reaching the activation page simply click 'I don't have a key' and Windows will activate automatically once online.

To avoid misunderstanding. That would need to be on the same computer, of course.
