Windows 10 Issues with Active Applications Timing Out in Windows 10 Workspaces

I have recently installed Windows 10 and I have a problem with timing out on active work spaces. For example if I open up an excel spreadsheet and click on a cell to input data it keeps switching from being active to be non-active every 2-3 seconds. It also occurs with dialogue boxes and pull downs in data entry boxes. has anyone got suggestions on how to fix the problem?

No it appears to happen in all applcations

What make and model of system?
press [windows key] + [x] and then [t]... expand it to see all process... i'd like to know if you have any software installed that tracks gesters?

Ok. I used your guide and it opens Processes under Task Manager. What should I see?
