Windows 7 KERNELBASE.dll Appcrash

I'm getting the kernelbase.dll appcrash error when I start up dirt 2 and F1 2010...
Same thing with Fallout 3 too, means it could be GFWL, but reinstalled GWFL so many times and restarted, cant count how many times...
Done sfc /scannow in cmd, restarted.
Installed all the stuff in the redist folder of my game disks. Still the same.
Is there anything else I can try?

Running windows 7 64 bit, I7 920, 4GB corsair ram, 2x GTX 460 768mb's.
Disabled SLI too...

I used to be able to play both these games, don't know why but I cant play them all of a sudden, been going on for the past few months.
