Windows 8 killer network unistalled by mistake

Hello. I accidentally u installed killer network manager on my Dell xps with windows 8.1. I lost the wifi driver. How can I recover it? Thanks!

You don't say exactly which XPS you have but check out the downloads section of the Dell website:
