Windows 7 Laptop Battery Not Charging and Hibernating Issues: How to Fix?

When I charge my old laptop then it shows " not charging" on the screen
when I do charging after that my lappy is turning on
when I plug out charge then my lappy is going to hibernate
How I fix it ??????

Sometimes removing the battery from your laptop and replacing it will cure this. But it might also be time to replacing it with a new one.
