Another problem with the same.
I can´t delete the file "Lenovo-Customer Feedback" in the Directory "C:\Windows\System32\Winevt\Logs"
The system give the message "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Audio"
How can i resolve this problem to delete the file, because is the only file i have of "Lenovo"

You probably don't have permissions to the folder

• Open an elevated command prompt
• Type takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\Winevt\Logs\<LogFileName>" /A
• Then give yourself full access by typing cacls /E /G "C:\Windows\System32\Winevt\Logs\<LogFileName>" <user>:F (replace <user> with your username)
• Be sure to only delete the specific log file, all of the other event files are supposed to be there
