Hi folks, bit embarrased about this one.
After install W7pro to an mSATA drive, I've completely forgot how to remove the login screen when it comes out of hibernation.
Im the only user and have already unticked the box reffering to login screen from screensaver, but I'm now suffering "brain-fade" and would be very grateful if someone can remind me.

Thanks and Regards in advance Johnny.

Hi Johnny,

Don't worry, it's a common thing to forget settings, especially when it comes to Windows configurations. To remove the login screen when your computer comes out of hibernation on Windows 7, you can follow these steps:

1. Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the "Run" dialog box.
2. Type control userpasswords2 and press Enter. This will open the "User Accounts" window.

In the "User Accounts" window, you can adjust the settings to bypass the login screen. Here's what you can do:

  • Uncheck the box that says "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."
  • Click on the "Apply" button.
  • Enter your username and password if prompted.
  • Click on OK to confirm.

After making these changes, your computer should no longer require you to log in after coming out of hibernation. This setting essentially logs you in automatically.

Try these steps, and let me know if you need any further assistance!
