Windows Vista Moving user folders

Hello,

I'm new here, this is my first post.
I have a problem. I just installed Vista ( no SP1, I will do that later... ) and I need to move all my user folders to other partition. I googled but there is no tutorial that can help.

When I go to Start I see my username ( In this case Cozmika ), Pictures, Documents etc. How to move all of that to partition D? ( Vista is on C )
