Hello,

I'm new here, this is my first post.
I have a problem. I just installed Vista ( no SP1, I will do that later... ) and I need to move all my user folders to other partition. I googled but there is no tutorial that can help.

When I go to Start I see my username ( In this case Cozmika ), Pictures, Documents etc. How to move all of that to partition D? ( Vista is on C )

English is not my native language so sorry if I made any mistakes.

Thanks

Select Properties. c. Go to the Location tab. d. Click Move and select the corresponding folder on the D drive. e. Windows will ask you if you want to move all the files, select Yes.
  • Repeat for Other User Folders:
  • Repeat the process for other user folders you want to move.
  • Restart Your Computer:
  • To ensure changes take effect, restart your computer. By following these steps, you should be able to successfully move your user folders to a different partition in Windows Vista. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to ask! Best regards.
