    • Uncheck the option that says "Minimize Outlook to the system tray."

Method 3: Use Registry Editor (Advanced Method)

NOTE: Editing the registry should be done carefully. Incorrect changes can cause system issues.
    [
    ]Registry Editor:
    • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.
    • Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
    • Look for a DWORD value named MinToTray.
    • Double-click on MinToTray and change its value to 0 to prevent Outlook from minimizing to the system tray. After applying these steps, restart Outlook and check if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, you may need to consider updating Outlook to the latest version or reinstalling it. Always make sure to back up the registry before making any changes to it. If you are not comfortable working with the registry, it's best to seek assistance from a professional or Microsoft support. Let me know if you need further assistance or if you encounter any issues while trying these steps!
