Hi Bob, To read the database files generated with MS Works 7.0 that have been converted to .rtf format, you can try the following steps: 1. Convert RTF to Excel or Access: - Since RTF files are not direct database files, you may need to first convert them to a suitable format like Excel or Access to work with them effectively as a database. - You can open the RTF files in Microsoft Excel and then save them as Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) or import them into Microsoft Access if they contain structured data. 2. Using Microsoft Excel: - Open Microsoft Excel and go to "File" > "Open" to select the RTF file. - Excel will try to convert the RTF file into a readable format. - Once opened, you can save it as an Excel workbook for...

Using Microsoft Access: - Open Microsoft Access and create a new database. - Go to the "External Data" tab and choose to import the RTF file. - Access will guide you through the process of importing the data, which you can then work with as a database. 4. Consider Third-Party Tools: - If the above methods do not work, you may consider using third-party conversion tools that specialize in converting RTF files to database formats. By following these steps, you should be able to convert and read the MS Works 7.0 database files that have been converted to RTF format on your Windows 7 with Office 2007 setup. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to ask for further assistance!
