Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was without power for 3 days due to Hurricane Sandy.

If you still need assistance, please provide this information to help us analyze your issues: How to ask for help with a BSOD problem

Numerous different errors here, so we'll have to start out with the 3rd party drivers. Once we rule them out, then we'll start on hardware diagnostics. If you want to get a head start on the hardware diagnostics, please start with these free one's: Hardware Diagnostics

First, please turn Driver Verifier off. To do this, open up Verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings" and click on the "Finish" button. Then reboot to make the changes take affect.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Lycosa.sys Fri Jan 18 03:51:42 2008 (4790689E)
Razer Lycosa/Razer Tarantula Keyboard Driver. Older versions have BSOD issues with Win7
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Lycosa.sys
This MUST be updated - if not updated, then remove it and the hardware and use a regular mouse/keyboard temporarily for testing purposes

    FNETURPX.SYS Fri Oct 3 22:27:02 2008 (48E6D476)
FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver - Also part of AsRock XFastUSB package
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=FNETURPX.SYS
    This MUST be removed

    AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 04:28:46 2011 (4DC8F73E)
ASRock App Charger [br] Likely BSOD cause
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AsrAppCharger.sys
This MUST be removed - feel free to reinstall it once the BSOD's have stopped (if needed)

Update your Audio and Networking drivers - both date from 2009

Update your ATI video drivers to the latest version available from http://ati.amd.com
Update your Norton protection to the latest available version also. If you don't want to purchase a newer version, remove the Norton and use one of these free antivirus': http://www.carrona.org/freeav.html
