Windows 7 Need Assistance With Administrative Rights for DreamScene on Windows 7

I found out a hack to get dreamscene in windows 7. I downloaded it and opened the program and told me I need administrative rights, and my account is administrator, am I doing something wrong?

Have you activated the Administrator Account??
If not you only need to right click the app and select "Run As Administrator" or (if it fails) right click the program, go to properties and select compatibility tab, select the option in the "Run this App in Compatibility mode" for Vista or Win XP, click OK, then right click the app and select "Run As Administrator"

thanks, but that didnt work either, i think the file may be corrupt or something.
