On my old comp, I was dual-booting win7 and xp and the joystick worked just fine in xp, but in 7, only the stick would respond and the buttons wouldn't. the stick would also go the wrong way (up was left, down was up, etc.). However, after a while, the problem solved itself and the joystick just started working correctly for no reason.
I just got a new comp with win7 and now i'm having the same problems with the joystick, but its not correcting itself like before.
When i plug it in, it shows up as a usbkeystick in the devices.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem or what I could look at in the old comp win7 to make it work with my new comp?
