Windows 10 Need Help Understanding Fortnite Error on HP Pavilion PC

can someone please let me know what this means or what i have to do. the game i am attempting to play is fortnite. my computer is not the best but i was just wandering what this means. my pc is the hp pavilion 500-314 w/ 8gb ram. (note i’m not the best with computers)

It means install version 16.60.2711.0 of your graphics driver. If it's an HP go to HP's website and type in your model. Download and install the latest version of the AMD graphics driver.
