hello im new to vista on my laptop (Dell INSPIRON 6400) I AM USEING ULTIMATE I NEED ACTIAVTION CODE CUD ANY1 HELP ME OUT MOST APPRICIATED

To activate Vista go to control panel, click 'See the name of this computer' and on the following page scroll to the bottom. You will see text relating to activating Vista, you can either do it by phone or over the internet.
