Windows 7 Network Connectivity drops randomly and frequently

I am using the 64bit Windows 7 version with a legitimate key and activated.

My motherboard is an NForce 680i chipset with the onboard NIC controllers. The network adapter loses connectivity to my router and grabs an APIPA address frequently and the only way to correct it is to disable/enable my NIC card.

Anyone have this problem and have a resolution? About to revert back to Vista or XP.

Looks to be fixed, and to correct myself I have the 780i SLI chipset, was thinking of my old computer for some reason.

I uninstalled the NIC drivers provided through Windows Update and went back to the Vista 64 drivers provided through NVidia
