I recently bought Dell N4010 laptop. The day I bought I started getting this Bsod whenever I shutdown or re-boot the laptop. You can work for hours nothing wrong would happen but as soon as you re-boot, you will get bsod after a few seconds during the shutting down message. I reported that to dell. They sent me another machine with upgraded cpu from i3 to i5,3 gb to 6gb and 320 gb to 640. On the second machine i did not got this error for couple of days but then it started coming once in a while. The error was exactly same as the previous machine. It does not come every time but 6 out of 10 times during the reboot or shutdown I get. There is nothing else wrong with the laptop. Also imprtant to note that sometimes, I dont even get BSOD, but the laptop would just froze showing the same shutting down mesage. To come out of I have to use Hard boot by pressing power button for 4-5 seconds.
Please help.
Thanks

So you got "Nanya" and "Hyundai", good they both are DDR1333Mhz with identical rates. Did you add RAM to your note?

CPU looks alright, RAM doesn't: running 1066Mhz while rated 1333.
How can I fix that? any pointers will be helpful.
The problem I think is with usbhub.sys. I have no device attached to the USB though.
thanks

There are 2 ways:
1) "DEL" on PC start > BIOS setup > Advanced DRAM Configuration
2) Bios setup > Load "Setup/Optimized/Fail-Safe/Crash-proof defaults". This will reset all Bios settings and adjust DRAM to its rasted values.
If blue screens persist, uninstall Intel Turbo Boost, reboot, and re-attach CPUZ MEMORY tab snip. Let's see if Turbo Boost affects your RAM settings.
